The second generation of iPad

The second generation of iPad is here.

Apple announced their new iPad generation today it will include a 720p camera including a front facing one bringing it up to par with the iPhone 4 and is now even thinner and lighter than before. It will be running Apples newest iOS 4.3. It will include the newest popular FaceTime feature for video chat and a portable Wi-Fi hotspot feature, similar to what other Android devices got with the 2.2 Froyo OS update. Perhaps the most exciting announced specification is the fact that it will come with a dual core 1GHz processor.
The product will be released on March 11th in America at a starting price of $499 for the Wi-Fi models and going up to $829 for the 64GB Wi-Fi with 3G.

Duke Nukem Forever

Duke Nukem Forever is finally arriving from what has seemed to be an impossibly long horizon the release date is May 3rd in America and will arrive on May 6th for International fans. Made by 2k games and Gearbox software its been 12 years coming but the trailer promises that it will be f***ing good. What we can work out from the trailer is that the invaders have come to Earth and are after our women so Duke will have to stop them. The trailer shows of many classic Duke traits over the top weapons, violence and some bad-ass dialogue.

However with the game just 3 months off the graphics are looking sub-standard for a modern title which may effect sales unless they can be brought back up to scratch, this will be one to watch for those nostalgic gamers and those looking for the sample the newest of a classic series.
